Very nice reception, good rooms, great! Eat. The reason for the missing star was the service at breakfast. The young man brought a coffee in the pot and after pouring it he took the pot with him and was no longer seen. I'll definitely go back for the food when I'm around.

The food is delicious and the service staff is friendly and good. Unfortunately the meal takes way too long. Over an hour when the restaurant is almost empty is far too much. The menu may be a little too extensive for the kitchen staff, or there are not enough people working in the kitchen. It's a shame as the food is really very good. Unfortunately we will probably not come back.

We celebrated the youth consecration there, made food very lovingly and also super tasty, employees were also very eager to help us, gladly again!

You sit very comfortably on the terrace with a great view. You have to wait a bit for the food, it is very tasty for that. The service is friendly and competent. I would love to come back.

We were here on July 20th, 2020. I can only say thank you for a warm welcome, super friendly service and excellent cuisine according to the motto class instead of mass. We will definitely come back again.

The food was delicious. The view is also very nice. The hostess, however, was very unfriendly and uncooperative. Fortunately, the service was very attentive and nice, otherwise our family celebration would have been less enjoyable. The abundant leftovers from dinner were not even offered to take away (you could have asked at least)

The ambience is very nice and so is the view. We had to wait a little while eating, but with a little conversation the time passed quickly. It was worth the wait and it was very DELICIOUS, you also respond to requests that I think is great. I can only recommend it :)

Very nice clean hotel with great views. Breakfast very tasty with fresh products. Only the mattresses in the double bed could have been better, especially than a large, continuous bed and not two that slide apart so easily.

When you step onto the Falkenhöhe there is a smell that makes you hungry. The food was very good and there was something for everyone from the selection. Prices are okay The rooms are unfortunately not the newest.

Restaurant and hotel wonderful situated above the valley of Flöha. Food of very good quality, with friendly service. If necessary, you can rent a small cozy cellar bar. With music system and terrace.
